Product Overview

Our Tower Parking System is a premium, fully automated high-rise parking solution engineered for commercial complexes, corporate offices, and urban centers facing massive land scarcity. Operating on a vertical lift mechanism similar to an elevator, the system features a central comb-type elevator comb that lifts cars to designated multi-level rack slots on either side. Just 2 parking slots on the ground can be vertically extended up to 35 levels high to securely store up to 70 vehicles.

Engineering & Installation Challenge

Developing multi-tier high-speed vertical systems requires flawless aerodynamic structural calculation and heavy-duty seismic wind-load dampening. The major engineering challenge was ensuring the ultra-rapid traction hoist could accurately index within millimeters at heights over 50 meters. Shivam Elevator solved this by implementing state-of-the-art closed-loop variable voltage control (VVVF) alongside rigid multi-axis alignment tracks to prevent platform sway during high wind speeds or uneven loads.

Testing & Operational Result

Every automated Tower layout goes through rigorous load calibration metrics and strict 125% dynamic structural testing over non-stop operation loops before delivery. The configuration includes automatic dimensions checkers to screen vehicle heights/widths, multiple overlapping photoelectric safety gates, and failure backup power systems. The elevator runs exceptionally quiet and drops car assets facing forward, ensuring peak efficiency and high premium standards.
