Engineering & Installation Challenge

Triple stacking requires exceptional vertical structural strength and flawless balancing controls to counter asymmetric platform loading. The challenge lied in optimizing the overall structure height to align with clear structural ceiling limits while maintaining safe under-car clearances for SUVs on the lower decks. Shivam Elevator handled this by employing custom profile-bent reinforced columns and an intelligent dual PLC loop to maintain absolute alignment during rapid structural shifting.
