Engineering & Installation Challenge
Handling localized wheel loads and maintaining strict floor-to-cabin alignment limits during vehicle entry requires meticulous engineering calibrations. The challenge lied in preventing structural cabin tilting when heavy SUVs shift weight unevenly across the platform borders. Shivam Elevator handled this by integrating custom structural profile steel joists underneath the car platform along with an advanced multi-point automatic leveling array that re-adjusts rope strains dynamically.
